Water Heater Central Barry Sold me a faulty water heater and refused to uphold warranty or return calls Phoenix AZ Arizona

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I have felt compelled to leave a negative review on anyone. In this case, I would shout it from the rooftops if I could. I own a rental in Phoenix with a water heater recently purchased at Water Heater Central. Over a week ago it stopped working. I called and they answered immediately and said they would go out that evening and check it out. I was elated! However, Barry did not go out to check. He then said he would go out the following morning. Nothing. The weekend passed and I didn't hear from them. Monday I reached out again and Barry promised to go out that evening. Nothing. He dodged my calls Tuesday and Wednesday and on Thursday I finally got in touch with the woman in the office who PROMISED it would be taken care of between 4-6. We sat at the property and waited. They never showed up. Our tenants are still without hot water. I now have to spend $1000 on a new water heater because Water Heater Central did NOT follow through on their warranty or their promises. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone!
