I am the property manager at a large atlanta office complex. We contracted the street sweeping to watt commercial sweeping of smyrna georgia. The contract calls for 2 sweeps per month. At first they were sweeping twice per month. After six months i noticed the property was looking worse but according to the owner they were still sweeping twice per month and billing for twice per month. I had finally had enough and went back and watched the security tapes of the nights they were assigned to seep the property. I saw they were coming for the first sweep every month but never the second. They got away with this for 5 months and got us for a total of 2125.00 (5 sweeps at 425.00). I urge any property managers in the atlanta area not to use watt commercial sweeping for their cleanup needs. Even on the one sweep we recieved per month the service was not good.
