Wave Tec Pools HOLE IN THE GROUND NO SWIMMING POOL RIPOFF GRAYSON Georgia

We are writing in reference to a deal that we thought we were getting when we purchased an in ground pool from a Company called Wave Tech Pools. To my wife and my dismay, we feel as though we have totally been scammed. I am writing this abbreviated so it is not so tedious:

1. We signed the contract and purchased our pool in the month of July 2006. At the time everything seemed perfectly fine.
2. In October of 2006 the actual pool arrived in our yard after what I would say was almost 20 to 30 phone calls to the company. The Company Wave Tec Pools, told us at that time they had a sub-contractor to install the pool and provided us with the persons name. After numerous calls and arguments that contractor was released by the Pool Company and another contractor was hired.
3. In December of 2006 the new contractor came to our house about 2 weeks before the Christmas Holidays. We thought at that time maybe we would be home owners with a pool, but no such luck. First the contractor said they could not install the pool due to a couple of trees on the site where the pool was to be installed. Unfortunately the company had told us at the time of purchase the trees would be no issue.
4. After the holidays passed and the new year arrived we still at this time as of this e-mail have not seen a contractor nor have we been contacted by the Pool Company, Wave Tech.
5. At this time I have a 19ft x 33ft x 8ft hole in my backyard and all of the dirt that was removed from it is just laying in the yard. I'm not sure what it is that you can do, but I would like for something or someone to know that this company is listed on the BBB web-site out of Texas, www.centraltx.bbb.org and is conducting alot of pool business in the state of Georgia. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this company and If I had of done my homework and researched the Co. first we would of definitely left this Company alone.
