Wave Vision Lied, Changed policies after the fact Phoenix, Arizona

First let me state that my only contact with this firm was by telephone.  They provided me with an inferior internet service by microwave in a remote area.  The service was intermittent at best and repeated service calls did not rectify the problem.  When I finally terminated the service, Tony told me that I had a credit balance of $42.00 that would be refunded after I returned their receiver box.  They sent me a recovery kit on 7/27 and received the box back on 8/2/11.  Almost two months later I called to check on my refund and was told that they had changed their policy and no longer issued refunds.  Tony was not aware of the change and was still promising refunds to their customers.  Today, 9/13, I talked with Tony and his boss Darrin who is the business manager for Wave Vision in Phoenix.  Darrin stated that Tony had mis-spoken and that he would be reprimanded for this but that no refund would be paid even though some of the amount was do to an overcharge on their part to my checking account.  In any case they couldn't come up with more than $18.00 being due to me.  I asked them to send the reduced amount and they still quoted the "No Refund" policy.  Apparently the Phoenix office was absorbed by another company in June and the policy was changed then but the phone workers didn't know of the change.

This is a rip-off and can be viewed as nothing else.  They make an automatic checking account draft each month at a wrong amount that you discover when you get your bank statement.  Phone calls promise a credit but they won't even refund the overdraft amount.  What good is a credit if you can't get it?
