She then informed me that I can't cancel my order and have to call a separate number to do so,are you kidding???She was not.When I called the other number I was told to wait 24 hours,because my order was not showing up on their computer.So I called back in 24 hours,still my order did not go through.So,I thought I was safe,that it was cancelled after all. Then I get a phone call a week later saying the my wax vac was on the way and my total was 97.80!!
I told them oh no it's not!!!I only ordered one that had been cancelled on the same phone call I made initially.She said when it comes just return to sender and they will get it in a few days since I live in PA,which is close to CT.I waited a few days and a snotty customer service guy said it would be more like 2 to 3 weeks.When I called my credit card they said Wax Vac took the money out on Jan.24.
So they purposely lied to me about the whole wait 24 hour thing,so they had time to charge my credit card.I call them at least 4 times a week.My mailman said that there is NO WAY they don't have the item.On Friday the 15th of Feb. I called customer service and told them this,they said it's probably in the ware house.I said someone better find and give my money back!!I already contact my credit card and they are considering this fraud.This company is a total rip-off,please don't order anything from them!!!!
