My first few cleaning visits were not that bad. They moved my things all around (annoying), they didn't clean under things (annoying), and they rarely came on time. It didn't get really bad until a couple of weeks ago when the cleaners used an oily cleaning product on my tile floors. i slipped and fell, my mother almost slipped (when she came to take me to the ER), and when wiping your hand across the floor it came up covered in oil. The quality control (Michael) showed little to no concern for the accident, I was told the owner wanted to speak with me (he never did), the manager I spoke with was rude and upsetting. So here is the deal: We Clean America will not assume any responsibility for the people they send to your house, they don't care if you get injured, miss work, or have medical bills to pay. They are not at all considerate of their clients. Over all it is the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. I would highly suggest going elsewhere, the money you save is not worth it.
