I intially saw the ad for rebate processor where one could make $15 per rebate processed and up to $1500 per week. As I looked at the ad I decided to go forward because it would be great additional income. After signing up I recieved some modules via downloads that were basicly Angela Penbrook's notes or her keys to how she was successfully in the online business.

The program is set up to cover seven weeks each week a different module is available to download. After viewing the first two downloads I realized this is not what I wanted to be involved with, my only reason for getting involved was to process rebates. So, I sent out an e-mail to their contact address stating that how do I find access to process rebates. However, I have not received an response.

Roughly three days later I received a phone call from someone wanting to put me in a training program that would make me $3500 to $4000 per month. I informed the individual that you guys cannot set me up to process rebates why would I let you train and charge me to set up an internet business? At the end of the conversation the agent gave me the following number to reach someone for help "800-785-8042". Before now other than via internet there was not a way to contact anyone.

I call the number given and person answering could not give me any information on where and how to sign up for a rebate processor, all of his information was about following the module and setting up accounts. Most recent as Monday February 25, 2008 and Tuesday February 26,2008 I attempted to call back and received a recording. I also, sent them e-mails the last two days and have yet to receive a response.

In total I have sent 5 e-mails and have made 4 calls in the last week. I signed up for this program roughly a week and half ago.
