Webnotions Inc. aka a1books.com, a1techbooks.com, a1overstock.com is a crooke company. During the Christmas & holiday season they requested higher amount of product from us in consumer electronics due to supposedly increased sales. After a lot of consideration and numerous requests from the CFO Bobby Govilla we agreed to do so.
We find out today that they are not paying us along with other vendors and only used electronics to increase their cash flow in order to pay their book vendors so as to not have to be on credit hold with them. Our products were heavily discounted and sold on various websites such as Amazon, buy.com which brought the money to this company. Our bills are over 60 to 90 days past due and our phone calls are being not taken. Letters and faxes have not been answered. DO NOT SELL PRODUCT TO THIS COMPANY UNLESS THEY PAY YOU BEFORE YOU SHIP THEM ANYTHING. The company has now stopped selling any electronics products and blaming us for not fulfilling orders on time which is a lie. They sold our product and have not paid us. All other vendors please be careful.

I have been running these companies for over a decade and it is sad that because of some business issues, our personal information gets exposed.
