websavers club savers billing credit card after cancellation of membership several months ago Internet

I too have been a victim of this company's fraud. In August 2009 they billed me for a trial offer. I never recieved any information by mail as they said I would  so days before the trial period was over I cancelled the membership. on Oct 3, 2009 they billed my credit card as Savers with a different telephone number. I have left several messages without a return call to either the 888-808-8582 or the 866-235-2217 numbers. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute, but they informed me that the dispute process takes 30-60 days. This transaction cased my credit limit with Merrick Bank VISA to exceed the limit and therefor caused a $39 over-the-limit fee which appears I am stuck paying because of this fraud.
