9 (nine) months of no responses or work    Communication started February 12, 2014 to redesign our travel website.  This was then forwarded to Sterling who would assist us with 'revamping' our site. On February 22, 2014 we answered all their queries (in detail) regarding changes and suggestions to our site.  Starting on August 18th, I broke down every page/tab in detail where required changes were to be made.  I left numerous phone messages and emails with no response what so ever.   Then finally on September 4th communication appeared to open up by both phone conversations and emails.

We were advised on September 9th that a Deadline was placed for the 19th of that month. Here it is October 17th and we have had absolutely no changes made or Any communication what so ever.   This was our last email to this company "Be honest and just send me the $1,750.00 (charged on Feb 5th 2013 ) back or finish the job."
