Called me, first clue. Told me to take survey and after that I was gonna go on a "FREE" cruise to the Bahamas. All calls were recorded. All money sent to cover charges, almost $1,000.00 was NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a high pressure sales scam as far as I am concerned. I was passed from one sales rep. to another. Kept repeating the same thing making sure to get my personal info and as I was on hold I felt an undeniable pressure to buy something that I did not initiate.

The thing about my situation is that I am under a doctors care and on MAJOR narcotic medications. So in the end when I realized I had just spent $1K that I don't have and didn't want in the first place, I insisted on a refund of my money.

They kept throwing in my face that I agreed to go on this free cruise and I was fully informed of the conditions and that all conversations were recorded and I was told it was all non-refundable. I insisted on getting my money back.

At first it was NO WAY. Then it was we'll give you half back and more time to plan my FREE getaway. I said no. I was then transfered to another a*****e who offered 75% of my money back. I again said no.

He reminded me that I agreed to this just a few hours ago. I explained my situation and was then transfered to the tip of d*k. He ended up refunding my money, but with an attitude like I had personally scammed him and he was "hurt" that I was coming to my senses.

It took about thirty minutes of my life that I can never recover, but I did get my money back and a phone slammed in my ear for my efforts.
