America's Servicing Center did not and willingfully failed to report trade lines for good credit to credit bureaus. The company requested that I fax to them the credit reports so that they can verify the trade line is not reported. This was intentionally conducted after repeated phone calls and requests to the credit bureau to correct this error. The service company is a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and refuses to correct this situation.
Will be reporting the the attorney general's office in Virginia and to also the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
The company is denying any undue harm even though by law the company is required to report to the credit bureaus.
