Wellness Leadership Academy with Andy Ramsey; WLA He was deceptive on key issues until after I signed up, had v.poor communication, didn't follow through with his service or refund policy as promised Internet

This is a one-man business, run by Andy Ramsey who will fool you into thinking he's all about being "heart-felt"  while actually pulling on those strings in his clients to get their money. Once you've signed up the truth is revealed. I saw a side of him that was all about "him being in control" "blaming the client for issues that arise - including telling you "it's your own fears and limiting beliefs bringing up the concerns about his shortfalls". I want others to not be tricked into his tactics and lose thousands of dollars like I have.

The program I joined on May 10th 2013, supposedly came with a 100% satisfaction, money back guarantee that could be claimed at the end of the program. He proudly told me when I first starting talking with him (before I'd signed up) that he'd "never had anyone claim the guarantee" - I was now about to understand why!

I believe Andy deliberately left out key information about the days he coaches his clients. Prior to me signing up he was willing to speak with me at any business hour that suited me. After I paid, he told me Thursday and Fridays were his coaching days (2 days/wk). This really affected me, as a shift worker my schedule changed every week and meant I would miss some of the fortnightly coaching calls. He also has still never responded to a couple of my emails sent before I complained.

Overall, his communication/feedback to my content was terrible. His member website was down nearly all of the first week and so I couldn't access its content. When I wrote for help on this, in his comments section he never responded. I asked for feedback about my "story" and he never commented on different styles of the two versions I'd sent him. He failed to record the our first phone call session due to technical problems and got the time wrong by one hour for our first call, which wasted my time too. After tolerating his incompetence for 3 weeks into the program I expressed my concerns about him.

I was told that it was my problem and because of fear. For another week he kept talking me out of pulling out.  So I wrote him a list of the specific problems I had encountered and he said the guarantee only applied if I completed the program. So then I agreed that I would have to stick it out to fulfill it. On the phone June 19th, he then turned around and said he would refund me the money and I didn't need to complete his program. He said he just needed to work out how much of it he would keep (he said - "for his time used") and when I would get it. He said he would respond on July 5th with that information.

On July 5th, he sent me an email saying that he was seeking more advice and would get back to me on July 19th with the information. By July 20th he still hasn't responded and this guy's character is becoming more and more obvious. He's not able to hold up his word and I want this to be a WARNING for others!!!

I'm now taking legal actions too as I really want to get some of my $6500 fee back, as Andy even admitted that I'd used only 5% of the program. Should be simple math to figure out the refund amount, really????

I really didn't want to send this to rip off report but business actions like this shouldn't be tolerated and when businesses make a guarantee they should honor it!
