I received a phone call from Johnathon Fenworth who told me that we had been approved for a $5000 loan but due to a shady credit history, the lender required a $787.50 deposit. This immediately sent off alarms so I began to research the internet and found nothing at first. He has changed the name of the company from Westney Financial to Wesley Financial and has changed the details of the address slightly. I have to admit, the fax application that he sent is a beautiful, realistic job. It looks very authentic stating pre-payment penalties and late payment fees. The application also covers default of payments...very realistic. I just hope that if anyone receives a phone call from this person or an assistant of this person, that they do their research. NEVER send money to receive a loan...that kind of defeats the purpose of needing a loan.
