Shame on the West Cedar Place Condo Association! This place is an absolute s..t hole. Stay Away!! Don't buy or rent here. I've had issues since I moved in this hell hole and now I'm stuck here!
All day and all night people hang around and blast music, fireworks every week, kids play in the streets until the wee hours of the morning, graffiti everywhere, broken down vehicles, water and utilities don't work. Try living here in the summer with warm stink emanating from every little window. People literally open their car doors and empty reach into the parking lot... Safety is probably the biggest issue here. The parking lots aren't lit. Never felt safe here. Can't wait to get out!! I complain to them but no one listens! Help!
