My family was invited to the WestGate resort located in Las Vegas by a telemarketing company.The entire stay was unbelievable due to the fact that the telemarketers had boosted the resort up so high.

When we arrived at the resort the villa that we stayed in was not cleaned there was dirty laundry and garbage outside to the door. We called the front desk 3 times before the mess was removed. The whole concept of cusotmer service was not there at all. After sitting with a sales person trying to get us to buy timeshare with Westgate we noticed that our concerns were not his at all. We complained about the condition of the villa and the customer service attitude that we received during our stay and he continued to say that this is just a temporary site the new site on the stip will be better.
After we refused to buy he steped a way and told my husband and I that we were making the biggest mistake of or lifes and he felt sorry for us.

We had another gentleman who came over and offered us a package which consisted off 4 $199.00 get aways,$700.00 off plane tickets, discounts on hotels and rental cars and one 7day 6nite trip. We were promised a 2 for 1 cruise for just sitting in the seminar, dinner tickets and tickets to shows. We only received the 2 for 1 cruise paper work and that was expired.

The same day that we agreed to the last person who approached us, I decided that I did not want to deal with this company due to the lack of training that there customer service had.We were told that we could not back out of the deal.Now this was 3 months ago and we have not received any information regarding our package but yet and still they are deducting funds from our account. I have called several times to ask how do I get the information that was promised to me and I can not get a answer.
