west richland auto repair Ripped OFF by these scamers and the shady owner doesnt care! west richland Washington

First off I have been going to this place for years. Many cars and many dollars of mine have gone here. I thought I had delevolped a good relationship with the owner and felt good about supporting his small business. I sent as many friends,family and co-workers as i could. I gave him good reviews and let problems with his work slide because he was working hard to make it.

Apparantley all has been forgotten.

Truly ripped off

Took two cars in over the last two months and got screwed both times.

-First took a saturn in for having repair work checked only to get a bill and none of the work checked.

          - Had rotors replaced twice, had struts and shocks replaced and wheel hub assembys replaced because the car was shaking when braking.

Car continued to shake and now made an loud airplane bearing type noise.So I took it back in again.They did not look at any of the reasons I took it in for and instead said I needed a new transmission. They could not tell me why. They could not tell me what was wrong with it. They gave me an estimate of 6000 yes six thousand and a bill for checking it out. A bill for what should have been a check of their own work turned into a scam to change my transmission. I talked to the owner.He said he would look at it.

Less than a week after I talked to him my other car broke down. I had it towed their. It needed an alternator test. To test an alternator is free all over town. They charged me 95 dollars to look at it to tell me my alternator is bad. They wanted 1000.00 to change an alternator, a belt, and clean up some grounds.

I talked to the owner. He didnt care. I talked to him about other prices I had recieved from around town and even the dealership that were in some cases 500.00 cheaper than his. His response was that he didnt believe me. He also let me know he didnt think his mechanic was wrong on my other car's transmission. It makes sense that my car shakes when I brake because of the transmission right?

-In the past I had to take my car back three times to get the shocks and struts tighten down right. It wasnt till I took it somewhere else that the owner believed I had an issue.

- my truck had many repairs done to it to fix a noise that was not related to repairs that they made and wasted my money.

-my dad dad had a/c work done on two cars. Over 2000 in work.Guess what the a/c still doesnt work right in either of his two cars.

-my sister had her brakes done there-and still not working right and they're not helping her.

I picked my car up they scammed me for the last time. I will never go back.
