They repossessed my car (which was their right), sold it, and then filed a claim with my insurance company saying that I had smashed the car before it was repossessed, and asking for money (not repairs).
Now that I have no car, I have no job or prospect of a job that I can do (I'm 64), so my only income is Social Security, which cannot be touched.
They have threatened to get a judgement against me (which is their right), but they are also threatening to seize my bank account and insisting that I will have no income until it is paid off, which is NOT legal.
They call constantly (even after I called them back and discussed this with them), are rude and demanding and insist that I haven't got any rights, and they can do whatever they want.

Hi Johann,
Please contact the legal aid organization in your state, they can refer you to people that can assist in representing you for a low or now cost. This has to be done now, as you have a limited window to recant and debate what was done. I am so sick of companies stepping all over people this is insane!
