WFS - Wachovia Financial Wachovia creating a scam Santa Ana California

we had a truck financed by wachovia,my daughter the owner of the truck lost her job and between the two of us we made sure the payments were paid. bjorn who works at wachovia and was handling our account said if my daughter caught up her payments paying both june and july in august he would skip august and her payments would be up todate staring sept 19th. on sept 26th the truck was stolen and found a few days later in another city stripped and burned completely totaled. we were insured but wachovia would not and still has not sent the payment record to the insurance compan y which is delaying resolution of the claim and their payment. Fast forward to January, my daughter receives a bogus letter that says wachovia has repossed her truck in december 2008 , then a letter from a collection agency that says wachovia sold them the debt that has gone from 8000.00 ballooned to 11500.00. We want to know what we can do to get this scam exposed and make sure this collection agency cannot garnishee my daughters wages. at the time the truck was stolen her pay off amount was 8000.00 and she owed one payment of 439.00.. HELP
