  I was paying $475 a month for rent for a one bedroom trailer when this guy got a divorce from his wife. after the divorce he leaves a letter on my door to call him his name was Bill so I did call him. As soon as he picked up the phone his reply to me was I hope you've been sleeping comfortable on your pillow For the past few years because now I'm raise your rent substantially. He started going off on how rent was rising and that I've been fortunate that I've been paying $475 for the past few years. I replied that's not my fault you're the one listed it for that amount. Then he started stating I owed back rent but did not give me any proof of the bill. He told me our owed over $1000 But no proof to back it. I went to his office and recorded the conversation. The entire time during the conversation he kept replying it's on the way to the attorney showing me a piece of paper that does not prove anything about a bill that I own. I was never given a notice on my door nor did I ever receive the certified mail stating our old back rent Nothing. Two weeks ago by a guy shows up to my door with the notice three day to pay or to vacate the property. When I attempted to call the attorney on that notice the attorney also did not submit or even send me a bill.
