I received a call about getting the vents cleaned in my house. I met with the companies representative, John Bielaga, and agreed to a date. When the man doing the cleaning arrived he did not use the equipement I was told he would be using, no brush and he said he would have to charge me an additional $100.00 for the disinfectent that I was told was included. But it get's worst.
While trying to get behind my dryer to clean the dryer vent he disconnected the dryer hose and the gas hose. Then when trying to put the dryer back into the closet he broke the gas pipe and natural gas came pouring out into the house. I had to call the gas company to come an fix the pipe. The man refused to wait with me until the gas worker came, he just left me standing outside, in the cold, waiting while the gas poured into my house.
While I was able to stop payment on my deposit check, I have a repair bill from Nicor, and a repair bill for my appliances. I have tried to call both phone numbers I was given, but they are no longer in service.
Angry!!

John Bielaga Airpro - False names - Misleading
AUTHOR: Never give up - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Monday, September 13, 2010
I received a cold call over the phone from Tri State Air. I am on the Do Not Call list and these guys keep calling. I was told that they have a local Gurnee,IL address of 135 S Greenleaf. The address 135 S Greenleaf does not exist. I drove there to try to track down John Bielaga and Airpro. John Bielaga came to my door and handed me a business card that said Airpro. No address, just Airpro and his office(847-922-2055) and cell phone number (847-830-9055). Neither Airpro nor Tri State Air shows up on the State of Illinois web site business search portal http://www.ilsos.gov/corporatellc/. John Bielaga said his company had a BBB rating of A-. I asked him,"under what name?". He said Airpro Chicago. Now I have to stop here and point out that Airpro Chicago is NOT the Airpro John Bielaga runs. Airpro Chicago is a legitimate, honest business. John Bielaga is dishonestly claming a BBB rating from a different company. This is misrepresentation and possibly fraud. John Bielaga was not happy when I told him that I would need to speak to my wife regarding the air duct estimate that he had just given me at my kitchen table. He wanted a decision right then and there. I asked him if he had heard of the Do Not Call list and told him that I was on it and it was illegal to call me. He claimed I was not on it (I am and have the confirmation email from verify@donotcall.gov from over a year ago to prove it). I also said he misrepresented his company and that he has his employees falsely call homeowner under the name Tri State Air. When he then shows up with a business card with no address and a different company name (Airpro). I called John Bielaga a liar and told him to get the F out of my house. As he was walking out the door I felt very threatened when he asked me to step outside. Stay far away from anyone that misrepresents their company, has no verifiable address and plays the high pressure sales tactic game. John Bielaga and Airpro are to be avoided.

Company Has Changed Names
AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, April 03, 2008
TriState Custom Cleaners sales associate John Bielaga came to my house in order to sell duct cleaning services. The price and details were good but upon further checking, no information could be found regarding this business. When further investigation was done and just John Bielaga's name was searched I found the rip off report naming him as an employee of White Glove Professional Cleaners. I cancelled my appointment immediately. The new information for this company is as follows:
TriState Custom Cleaners
720 Larry Ct, Brookfield, WI 53045
phone 262-439-8020
fax 262-439-8021
cell 414-651-2844
Thank you to everyone that filed a report and saved me the hassle they went through.
