Whitefence I responded to a tv add to sign up for hi speed internet service; this company contacted me. .. and misled me by not being honest with me about all the additional expenses: I have protested, lodged formal complaints and spoken to several representatives without any satisfaction. Texas

I am filing a formal complaint against Whitefence, Inc. a.ka. Movaroo, a vendor that signed me up with Hughesnet for internet service. The representative who took my order misled me into believing that there would be "free installation" and that I would be entitled to one free relocation;

this was important because I knew I would be moving soon and was concerned about this; I REQUESTED specifically to have someone verify this, and no one every got back to me. I made several calls and no one could give me an answer.

I feel that I was the victim of a salespitch. I had to pay $125 for installation, and $200 for relocation which was a costly addition. I needed the service for my business but was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of appropriate response from Whitefence/Movaroo.

Moreover, when I complained directed to Hughesnet, they agreed with me that I had an issue and encouraged me to take it up directly with Whitefence. They, Hughesnet, as a consideration, granted me a one month free service which I greatly appreciated.

The Whitefence representative made a mistake; she seemed poorly trained and uncertain in her presentation, all of this I took up with the complaint dept. they spoke with me, but denied any wrong doing and refused to compensate me or make any offer to amend their original position.
