Whitesmoke Writing Software Unreliable Company and defective recent software versions Deleware Internet

This company provides terrible customer service in general. It sells "one-time" licenses for versions that it cancels after a few years and tries to force the purchase of a new version, perhaps again as another "one-time" endless agreement. Worst of all its technical department can only be reached about problems with the reliability of its products by email. Those emails are then inevitably auto answered promising the company's staff will get back to the customer. Nothing ever happens and a few days later an email arrives saying that since the company has not heard from the customer "the case will be closed" unless the customer contacts the company in 48 or 72 hours. Replies to these auto emails are never answered. This "circle jerk" never ends because sales will almost never transfer calls to customer support. Finally, the recent Version #8 is so loaded with usage difficulties--including lot's of reporting of grammar non-error--that the software is almost more trouble to use than its worth. Do not trust this company's products or promises.
