12-05-10 Placed an order from Wholesale Arts and Frames at the internet for 3 -18"x24", 3"Gold Frames, 2 - 16"x20", 3" MahagonyFrames and 1 - 22"x28", 3"Gold Frame Total Amount:$216.87 charged to my credit card.

12-12-10Follow-up order by email, after my credit card was billed for the $216.87

Tracking number is UPS and not my order. It was delivered to someone living in Camp Hill, Pennsylvenia. I'm beginning to get suspicious that I'm dealing with a dishonest merchant. Meanwhile, I have a client who need the frames I ordered by December 18th. I have to make a quick decision or lose my business.

I phoned 1-818-767-5600, Wholesale Arts and Frames,spoke to Shirleyand informedher about the UPS tracking number they gave me was someone else in Pennsylvenia. No apologies, no updateand correction were given.

12-14-10 Icancelled my order with this email:

This is order number 477. Since you don't know the availability of those frames I ordered, I'm cancelling my order. My client needsthe frames by the end of the week.
