Paid Mike at Wholesale Dream Homes a $1500.00 deposit was told we were approved by 21st mort wrong then approved by Vanderbilt wrong.Then told we were approved to buy a Cappaert mobile home from their web site.I called Cappaert they said they wouldn't do business with dream homes.Then Mike calls and said We were approved by Mountain side finance and they would call in a few days.Been 3 weeks no call and no refund.Also said the finance company needed down pmt up front.We didn't fall for that.The strange thing was they invited us to Allen to there residence for more paperwork and introduced us to his family.Run away
