we began the loan process with wholesale dream homes in March 2015. We gathered all material for them that they needed to complete the loan process. When we found land that we wanted and we're ready to sign the loan papers. The company (wholesale dream homes) would never go and do a survey or do any of the paperwork that our realtors were needing. We lost three pieces of land because of their incompetence and not doing anything on their end. We went through 6 months of them promising us everything was fine and ready to go, etc etc. well they never did anything! They couldn't tell me the name of the mortgage company we were signing with, where the title company was that we were going to, nothing! So finally we just told them at the end of August that we are not doing this any longer. We had lost the 3rd piece of land we wanted to put the trailer on because they didn't do any of their job. Finally we just said forget it and we want our $1500. Deposit back. Sure, no problem they said. We will get that right to you. Well for the last three weeks we have been calling on a daily basis with one lie after the other about why the money isn't here. The agreement was the money we put down was for the deposit on the trailer and now they won't give our money back to us. Do not trust these people at wholesale dream home. Mike Landwermeyer is the guy who has done absolutely nothing for us except tell us lies from day 1!
