 We began the process of buying a home in Oklahoma, including a $6000 down payment, and after 2 months of delays, inconsistent stories, and failure to perform on the part of the owner, we began to investigate further. Despite being given a closing date (several times), they were unable to tell us who our mortgage company was. The home was a foreclosure, and bank owned, but the bank who owned it had no idea it was being sold. It had no functioning utilities, despite assurances that all would be repaired or replaced. The owner now refuses to return our down payment. Do not do business with this company. We are homeless as a result of their theft.
