Wicked Rocket RIPOFF ruined my kids Xmas Indianapolis Indiana

I ordered 2 meerkat 50's and 2 helmets on 12/03/05.I spent 25 minutes ordering, gave credit card, was told I would have before xmas. Never recieved anything. No phone call, no email, nothing. Just a verbal confirmation #. When I called back on 12/20/05. They looked up my order, said they did not know what happened to it. They said no way by xmas.I cancelled. They are terrible. I hope people find this website as I did, and save their kids the dissapointment.

Ruined my families Xmas

I was told on december 20th by an employee, that he had no idea where my order even was. He did not suggest any expedited shipping. He simply told me that there was no way I would have by christmas.Oh, by the way. This is after I had called the day previous, a female said she would look into my order and get back to me.She never called. I never even got a email from your company, let alone a phone call. I was told that when I placed my order on December 3rd, that I would DEFINATLY have in time for xmas.Never heard anything after that.Nothing. No offer to expedite shipping . Nothing.

We could have had this order to you, I upgraded several orders up to FedEx two day, with their "Heavy Weight" division, for an extra charge. There could have been a way. I would have loved to have shipped your stuff. During the course of "crunch" week we had made calls to all customers whose shipments that were going to be late, I saw your name on the list. I am sorry I was unable to meet your deadline.
