I had purched a 90 four wheeler for my son and had paid for it be shipped over night and that cost me $100 and it did not come for 3 weeks to get it after calling and calling plus i had to meet them to go get it. I did get the 100 back after compaining alot. Here i get it home and thay had sent me a 70. It had also had the wrong platic i had order camo and thay sent me just a blue one. I called and called about that and by this time i was getting pretty mad thay did not have mine in stock so i settled with a red white and blue one. i got it over night and here it was used and broken platics and thay had also said that thay would refund me the differents in the 70 and 90 but never did it has been 5 weeks since i purched it and all i keep getting is the run around by a man named BUDDY. Someone did to shut this place down cause thay are ripping off alot of people. My son and I are very unhappy.

I HAVE NOT RECIVED MY REFUND AND I WAS THE MIX UP AND I WAS TOLD THAT IF I KEPT CALLING THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE CHARGES PRESSED AGAINST ME FOR HARRASMENT NO WHAT IS THAT I AM THE ONE THAT SHOULD FILE THE LAWSUTE.
I AM TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY FROM U AND I NOT HAPPY WITH THE 4-WHEELER CAUSE WE STUCK IT ON E BAY TO SHIP IT BACK WAS 300-400 U PAY FOR THE SHIPPING AND ILL SEND IT BACK NOBODY SHOULD BUY OFF OF U CAUSE I SEE HERE THAT U ARE RIPPING ALOT OF PEOPLE OFF.

First of all you should review the terms of our "rush" delivery. No company in their right mind would "overnight" and ATV. The cost of shipping would be more than the ATV itself.

We now have a next day rush available on most of the cool stuff. If we can rush it, you will see a Rush Icon on the detail page of the item. Here come the rules:


If you order a rush, we jump you to the front of the line and ship within 2 business days.
If for some reason your bike does not ship as we promised. We will refund your rush charge. ( We will still ship your stuff rushed)
If you use a check as payment we will rush your order within 2 business days of your check clearing.

If you are using layaway and select rush, we will ship it with in 2 business days after your order is paid in full.

The system is not perfect but it is working. Since you bribed the crew they will bend over backward to get your stuff out of the warehouses and to your door A.S.A.P.

That being said when it does not make it out in the appropriate time frame we refund your rush.

The 70 and 90 are the same unit, only difference being 20ccs. We could have pick up the unit being that it was the wrong size. It appears that you were satisfied as long as we credited back the difference. Which I would guess has already been done by now.

I have panels coming in 24 days, and I can still send you the correct color upon arrival from China.

You agreed to our terms and conditions and if you had wanted to, you could have sent back for a refund.
