Willard Bartell Maritime asbestos trust fund asbestos estate rip off cleavland Ohio

since 2001 Willard Bartell and his assoicates have been taking monies from my trust fund account .

My father was a Merchant Marine for 44 years and was exsposed to asbestos . As a result he contracted lung cancer

and died in 2000. 

In 1998 he signed on with jaques admiralty law firm. He received 2 or 3 checks before his death.

His claim then went to a wrongful death law suite . It was filed in cuyahoga co probate court with willard Barartell and David 

Peables as co adminesraters . this was all done without my knowlage . Since all this accured I have filed nurmus greivences with the probate courts and wrote the judge that approves the accounts . telling them I havent received the total amounts that the fiduciary accounts state I have. this is all public record and anyone is able to see the information in black and white.

I havce tried with no avail to get the monies owed to me as the sole benifary of this estate and have been getting the run around by willard and assoicates for years. they are proffiting from my fathers death .

in closing I have been trying to transfer this estate to california where my father lived and died , but Im having trouble doing it because it's so confusing to me . If anyone can help me with this I would be very willing to listen to your advice in this matter
