if you have been a victim of this man who was an officer of both Free and Clear and Beldane Systems (see these ripoff reports), file a Small Claims action against him and his buddies Karen Kamman and Doug Thayer    have him served and if he doesn't show up you will get a judgment against him     he is a minister with the Salvation Army in Cal and Nev    make the Salvation Army make him pay your money back    these people promised they could help people but all they did was mess up your title to your property    they can't save a property by changing title and they can't file bankruptcy when they don't owe anything     they are now out of business but the people are still around    serve him at the SALVATION ARMY where he is a MINISTER    this is where he got a lot of the victims!
