William Engelbert Boat purchaser paypal only wants boat now will paypal 100grand! Internet

Posted a boat on craigs list and added my phone number for contact. Within half an hour I received a text about the boat. He asked for more pictures I directed him to a listing but he wasn't interested. He also wouldn't call me. He quickly decided he wanted the boat and asked for Paypal information. I knew at this point it was a scam but kept stringing him along. I told him the transfer had to go through a lawyer since it was a registered boat and there was a loan involved. He said it wasn't a problem I could pay the bank when he transferred the money. He finally gave up after I answered him on how the lawyer thing worked. I'm surprised he is still using the same phone number that also showed up in a ripoff report from Jan 2017. Steer clear of anyone who wants something so bad that they are willing to pay you right now without seeing it. Also be sure it's a scam if the text comes from 772 617 7164.
