Our wedding ceremony/reception was reserved at Brennan's for May 2009. On August 2008 my fiance sent William Long a check for $1,000, which he promptly cashed. On September 13, 2008, Hurricane Ike hit, damaging my home and our wedding site. My home was deemed "uninhabitable" and is still under repair and Brennan's burned down. Not only was I without a home, but we no longer had a wedding site. We decided to elope rather than re-plan a wedding & we informed William Long 2 weeks later, giving him 8 months to rebook the date, and asked for our $1,000 back. He said he didn't have the money to return, so we generously gave him 8 weeks to come up it, setting December 1, 2008 as the deadline. That date has passed, our money has not been returned, and William Long will not return our phone calls and all emails are returned undeliverable.
Do not use this photographer. He will steal your money and disappear.

Contract not fulfilled is reason why they did not receive refund.
AUTHOR: Wlpstudio - (U.S.A.)

We were more than happy to give a refund but found out they did not fulfill their end of the contract and verbal agreement. When we decided to give them the refund (gave this client a low discounted rate, therefore both parties agreed that a refund could not be given), they stated they were not getting married and could not use any credit points we would of gave them for a different date.
Prior to finding out they were still planning on getting married we did agree to give them a full refund but emailed them asking them for more time (everyone was affected by Hurricane Ike). We did not receive any emails (they said they emailed us, we never received any) regarding this issue until today.
All of our other Hurricane Ike victims have since moved their wedding date at no charge. We are more than happy to do most refunds, as long as the prospective client holds their end to the written and oral agreement.
