On Dec. 14, 2006 I responded to a commercial on a vacuum and ordered the 2 for 1 deal. There was no live person, it was all automated. On Dec. 22,2006 there was $202.82 debited from my account. Today, Dec. 28, 2006 I called every number I could find. At 1-888-822-2867 I did get a live person, but was told the person I needed to talk to about shipment was on the other line and he took my number. There was no return call from them. I then sent an email to: Info@vacuumsmart.com, I received an undeliverable email in return. I tried to call the number on the main webpage: 561-744-6166 and got no answer.
I want either the product or my money back.
