Storm Vac, Windstorm Ventures I ordered 2 vacs from an info commercial. I called within the alloted time to get longer cords and to receive a free steamer. I received th vacs but no steamers and they refuse to contact me except to say they"ll contact me which they haven't. New York New York

I ordered 2 vacs from an info commercial. I paid extra to get them within 10 days. I got them a month later. I also was suppose to get the longer cords on them. I did'nt. Also if you call within the alloted time you get a free steamer which I did not.

I have called several times but am on hold for an ungodly amount of time so I have E-mailed them seveal times. Twice I got an E-mail from them saying a rep would contact me within 24 hours and no one has yet.
I just want my free steamer! Are their info commercials a lie?

This has been going on for several weeks and I just did'nt know what else to do!
Please help this is just wrong of them!
