Phoned IGIA and ordered a Lazer Storm vacuum cleaner July 2005. To this date we have not received our vacuum because after they took the money from our charge card account they decide to tell us in September (when we phoned asking where our vacuum is) that they do not deliver to Canada and will we will refund you in 6 days.Well still no refund, have phoned the 1 800-711-8357 only to get put on hold for hours and then I get disconnected and if I do get to speak to a person I am told that I will get refunded in 6 days ,well it has gone on like this since September 2005 and it is November. No response when I email them,no response from the supervisor either.Do not order this vacuum IGIA Singer Lazer Storm because it is a ripoff.

Well I read my email today and get a message from a clothing store saying that they received my complaint email letter by mistake .I did not send that email to them ,I sent it to igia and now the company seems to be sending my complaints to other adresses that I have never heard of.
