This is a joke.I really needed a new vacuum and this windstorm vac is crap! It doesnt work like HSN portrayed.I am 25 years old and dont make alot of money so spending 100.00 on a vacuum is expensive, and when it is way less than what I expect I want a refund.The number that they give for customersupport in non exsistant, so is the email address. I want to sent this vacuum back for a full refund and i want them to send me a shipping label so I dont need to pay for it 20 calls and emails later I get not one response! I guess I will not trust these kind of vendors anymore.100.00 is alot of money to someone who cant afford much. all I want is a refund! dont fall into the scams of a vacuum cleaner company! I even thretened contacting the BBB but I guess they could care less!
