We went to wirefly.com to upgrade the phones on our family plan. All four of our phones were eligible and they had great deals on the phones we all wanted. The order placement went smoothly. Next day however we get notification that 3 of the lines would cost us an extra 49.99 a month because they could only upgrade the main number. Then it was that they could upgrade the 2 main lines but we would have to purchase seperate plans for the other two lines. The OFFER on the website the option to upgrade up to 5 lines. 2 main and 3 additional, the prices per month are all listed right down to the time you send in your order.
What a scam. Now i have the hassle of explaining to tmobile that i did NOT actually upgrade any phones, refusing the package for the FIRST phone they shipped. DO NOT go near this company it's not worth the time.
