A month ago I sent my cell phone in after I heard an ad on a internet radio station saying you can send your phone in for cash. Well, I called to get the kit for it and when I got the kit I sent my cell phone off and they said my check should be here within 10 business days after receiving your phone. So when the 10 days were up I email their customer service and he told me that they didin't get my phone and I emailed him back telling him to check under my full name which I gave him, and I never got a respond nor a call back when I called. Oh yea, did I mention that the company is run by one man, and he is also the one who wrote me when I sent my complaint in. So I know now that I got scamed out of my cell phone which was a gift from my mother when I graduated high school. All I want is to either have my cell phone back or the cell phone price of the phone which it was an hundred dollar phone. The man should be stop for good and stop being dishonest with people. *** DISHONEST is NOT the BEST POLICY ***

It is our policy to not pay a customer for a phone they say was sent in, but was never received by us. That is clearly stated in the terms and conditions mailed to every customer before they send phones in. It's also a good business practice. Mail is RARELY lost by the US Postal Service. For these two reasons, we simply cannot afford to honor a claim that a phone was sent in when we have not received a phone. For all we know, that person is attempting to rip us off.

We have tens of thousands of customers who would vouch that we keep our word. We strive to run an honest business, providing a financial benefit for our customers who want to turn a used phone into cash and also want to do the right thing environmentally.
