Wish.com Took $289.90 for me and they won't refund me Internet

I ordered $289.90 worth of products and they sat there and said that they refunded me never refunded me and I have Thursday because I have screen My Emerald card history and there is no Refund on there so says that this is the first time that I've had this issue with wish and they didn't even send me my products then you just said contact support info well every time I do they say here and say that my truck trying to say that my account isn't closed but what I'm trying to figure out is why they won't refund me my money in i'm sick and tired of being ripped off for no reason so I need somebody to do something about this and I've already called and contacted complaint bored and they're still no word from them
