I received a package in the mail containing Nike tennis shoes that I did not order. I immediately called my bank and at their request closed the credit card that was used. I then emailed Wish.com asking them to refund my money and to let me return the Nike tennis shoes. Wish admitted to sending the order by mistake and asked if I could keep the order. I responded no. They then emailed that I would spend most of the return money in postage. I then emailed them that the mistake was their error and I wanted a refund. They asked for pictures of the item, package and invoice. I immmediately sent the pictures (4). I have not received instructions to return the shoes nor a refund. By the way the shoes are not my size.
