Wizard101 Kingsisle Entertainment unauthorized charges on credit cards plano, texas usa Nationwide

There is a lot of people had been complaining about the online game Kingsisle Entertainment. Yes it is true they do unauthorized charges to credit cards. It is one of my worst experienced from Kingsisle Entertainment.

My daughter and I had been playing the game for few years now but lately, I noticed some unauthorized charges on my credit card that I had been using to buy few crowns for my daughter to play the game.

I don't spend a lot to the game because of my 10 year old daughter is in school all day and I work too. Kingsisle double charged the amount of $5 crowns i bought and made it $10 plus tax. Then when our wizard account subscription ended Kingsisle automatically renewed the subscription for a year on my wizard accounts at same time.

They never send any receipt of any unauthorized charges to credit cards and just found out when my credit card statements came in the mail.

I tried to contact them through emails but all the answer they gave me is to pay them more money so they can activate the wizard account back when I cancelled my credit card they banned all my wizard account also.

It's so unreal how much unauthorized charges that they did to my credit card and when I got my other credit card statements, I got more unauthorized charges cost more than $600 and they want me to pay those too so they can activate my wizard accounts. They charged me also on Pirate101 which i don't have account on Pirate101.

This is a horrible experienced playing this game from Kingsisle Entertainment they are robbing people blind. They will not give your money back to the game they always say non- refundable. Kingsisle is money hungry people because they know players are hooked to the game.

Same thing with hacking the account, I know Kingsisle does it also because they know all the players informations to change password Kingsisle also know all the SECURITY password on every accounts.

Kingsisle is the only one who can change everything on players account using the SECURITY PASSWORDS!

Players get muted for 10 years like serving time in prison for just simple reason and to get that account back to normal they will ask the players to pay a lot once again money hungry Kingsisle!

To get your accounts back they will ask you to pay  a big amount of money or other way around player will make another account again so Kingsisle will get paid for the membership. They know what they are doing to fool the people around and they know they make the money on the game its their business. Thye don't care about complaints and its useless because they will charged you ro resolve the problem.

TO ALL WIZARD101 AND PIRATE101 PLAYERS WHEN KINGSISLE STARTED UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO ALL YOUR CREDIT CARDS CANCEL THEM RIGHT AWAY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE ITS A FRAUD AND GET ALL YOUR MONEY THAT YOU SPENT FROM KINGSISLE ENTERTAINMENT. I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN THE COMPANY FOR THEIR DIRTY BUSINESS TO PEOPLE!!!

By the way asian owns the business from Taiwan they are sure tight of money making company they cannot let go a single penny to any players of the game. Hope this goes for everybody who plays Wizard101 and Pirate101 it's a lesson!!!
