website called wlmd.com.au for Womens Shoes. I purchased hiking boots from what I thought was an Australian domain website. The price was $174 but my account was charged $188. I received a completely different brand, colour and size boot - (from China!)
After much correspondence, They state it is their best seller, and will not refund or exchange.
The emails came from service@fristpay.com - Fristpay are well known on the internet and this website for scamming and selling inferior products. I am over now $400.00 poorer after having to re-purchase the boots from another seller, and losing the original $188.00. I have registered complaints with Chinese and Australian regulatory boards and econsumer.gov, but that doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere. If anyone can advise of another place that I can report this scamming website, please do so that more people wont lose out.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered some shoes from a website in the UK and got a package n the mail with the wrong brand and counterfeiit on top of that. They didn't want to refund my money, so I contacted my credit card company and filed a chargeback. They are charging the compay back for this purchase and they will have to prove they sent me what I ordered, which they will not be able to do.
