I have always wanted to me in the TV industry so i went on Craigslist and responded to the ad for extra's.

I receieved a call from a 212 area code telling me they wanted to meet with me for prospective job opening. Ofcourse, as naive as i was i jumped at the oppurtunity.

I am a Flight Attendant living in Maryland so flying to New York was no big of a deal for me. I flew there, got to the office. First I thought I was at the wrong place. It was nothing bigger than a approximately 8" by 12" room, (my shed at home was a much bigger and nicer area).

I went into a nasty looking room with a tv that had so much dust on it, if you planted corn, it would grow in two days. A dirty fan blowing, filled with thick dust and the chairs were so dirty I didn't even want to sit. At the time the room was packed.

I filled out a form that was given by someone at the front who's dress code was quite tacky. Then shorlty after i was called into a room and the guy introduced himself as "Brad". The first thing he said was i like your look and really want to work with you. He never onced looked in your eyes (that should have let me know this man is a crock) Before i knew what was going on my debit card was already swiped of $107.29.

I was later sent into another filthy room, which that was the room of the photograper, he took some ridiculous pictures of me and told me to choose only two (2). That was very difficult because I could hardly even find one (1) to choose from. Then i went back to see "Brad" and he then told me about additional pictures that i am going to need, that i payed him $20.00 cash for. He then said within seven (7) days i would receive my pictures and that jobs would be coming in. That was on June 30,2009 and now it is July 14, 2009 and i haven't received pictures, job, telephone call nothing from anyone.

I have made several calls to "Brad", sent emails and gotten no response. The girls whom answers the phone are very rude, place you on hold forever and then returns to say he is in meeting.

The only meeting he is in is robbing young people of their money and because everyone wants to be in the industry we tend to be naive and just give away our money without thinking until it is gone.

I think this Brad person needs to be shut down and stop taking people's hard earned money.

I always say these things could never happen to me and i cannot believe i fell victim to this scam.
