I am a web developer and I had an important  project that I was working on. I had ran into a code issue with importing Flash files into one of my Drupal modules. In order to meet my deadline I decided to purchase a Flash Photo Gallery template and load up the SWF file into the module.

After purchasing the download (mac version) from Wondershare I discovered that the files were not working. I sent them an email and it took the several days to contact me back.

I have been back and forth (via email) with the techs regarding the issue with the product and requested a refund. They contact me 24 hours later apologizing for the inconvenience and offering me a refund only if they can't solve my problem.

I have done everything that they have requested just to let them understand that I am trying to work with the company and the techs have yet to solve my issue, therefore I am entitled to the refund. They still refuse to refund my money knowing that they are unable to fix the technical problems.

Through some research I discovered that the Flash software files for (mac versions) are new and that the bugs have not been worked out, which I shared with the technicians.

I had to take a loss for turning in the project a little late however, I was able to build my own Custom Flash Photo Gallery and figure out the correct codes to load it into the Drupal module.

The company has yet to refund me the money and I want others to beware of the unscrupulous tactics that Wondrshare uses. They do not uphold to their contract agreement that guarantees the consumer a refund withinn 30 days.

Wondershare Trial Version PDF Editor

Downloaded the trail version of the pdf editor for windows. Did not work right so I uninstalled it, now all my pdf files have been converted to some type of media files and I can't open them. This is for business purposes and is now costing me money, I contacted wondershare support 2 days ago, they gave me a link to a uninstaller program. I ran it , still can't open my files.

Why is this program still on my computer after I uninstalled it ?

Do not install this on your computer!!

Contacted wondershare again haven't heard back from them yet.

So after a little too much time and effort finally these people decided to give me a refund.  SO i retract most of my comments.  Make sure the software you buy works for your needs 100% before buying. Because getting a refund is not easy.  Thanks to these guys for finally doing good business.

Thanks for the note back and once again, I'm deeply sorry for this situation.  Wondershare is a good company, the challenge is that its still a young company with a continual influx of bright young people who lack the years of professional experience that you have.  The processes that have been put in place now should alleviate the bulk of the issues.

Due to the time difference, sometimes it is hard to respond in time. Meanwhile, we are investing to research new service mode, and Livechat is available for 24 hours right now.

The refund guarantee when you placed the order is 90 days. Refund would be approved if no solution can be provided within one month and customer did not accept  any compensation.

The new refund policy provides 30-Day Money Back Guarantee these days.  Having understood the
inconvenience caused to you, we regret beyond the limitless expressions &also assure in good positive faith.

I can back 100% of this persons claims.

I have also had the misfortune of buying something from these guys.  After several emails I have completely given up on them.  All they keep asking for is screenshots and i keep sending them and they keep replying with the same old poorly spelled emails with failed grammar that do not help one single bit.  And they refuse to refund me my money.  The ticket responses are basically insulting  do not buy anything from this company as you will be greatly disappointed.  I made the mistake of paying for this with paypal which is something else i will never do again.  Stay far away from any products these guys offer if you value your time and money.   This has all been a complete waste of time for me. This is the first time i ever take the time to write this type of review simply just to make sure people are warned about this terrible terrible company.  If you look at the response in this post made by wondershare.  It's typical.  They say the same thing over and over again until you just give up and never get your money back.  Pure scammers.
