World Parts Express - WorldPartsExpress.com Sent Me the Wrong Auto Part, Which I never Ordered, and Refused to Accept Return or Refund Money Minnetonka, Maine

Summary: I ordered a mirror switch to my 2006 Subaru Baja.  Just to make sure I'll receive the correct parts, I provided the entire VIN number of my vehicle to WorldParts Express. Instead of the mirror switch, I had ordered, I got a "switch push" according to the sticker on the parts.  I contacted them immediately and explained my problem that I had not received the parts what I had ordered.  A friendly gentleman informed me that what they had sent me is not the one I needed and that the mirror switch is more expensive.  I told him that I wanted it anyway, so I would return the "switch push", and order the "mirror switch" again.  Then the sales rep. said that I should wait, don't return the parts, until I read his e-mail about their return policy.  I thought I had to include some pre-authorization number for return or something, so I waited.  Instead, I received the following message:

"Due to our return policie on electrical parts your order cannot be processed as a return item. Part is found to be correct per your VIN as the mirror switch. Actual part number needed will be shown as number 4 in the lookup on or site. Part number to that is 83001AG33AMV and cost is $99.12. Please refer to our polices. If any questions please contact us via email or phone at 877-979-7737. Cordially, Tim If you use an email/spam blocker, please add sales@worldpartsexpress.com to your "safe" list. If you do not add us to your safe list, you might not be receiving important emails or email notification of specials. Thank you. World Parts Express"

I e-mailed them that even on the parts it shows "switch push" and it has nothing to do with the mirror switch and that I felt I was not subject to their (non-)return policy as I had not change my mind I still wanted the mirror switch I originally ordered.  Also, I offered to pay the difference towards the higher purchase price.  No response.  At all.

This is how they described the item when I ordered:

"Description Year MSRP Price Core Price Your Price Mirror switch, b9 tribeca 06-07 $56.63 $40.78 Item Also Fits: 2006-2007 Subaru B9 tribeca"   No picture.  Check out their website. No drawings or picture, just the above description.  I ordered the mirror switch and I got something else (even the original sticker on the parts shows that it's not a mirror switch but "switch push" which has nothing to do with the power mirror except that it is a parts for the same car as the mirror such as the few hundreds other parts) what I cannot return.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They have good prices (well, good price for a part turned to be completely different thant the one which was offerred for sale on the website, so I do not even know if their prices are good...) but very-very unfair business practices and no cooperation from their part to correct their own mistake at all. 

I AM VERY UPSET and thankful that the part I ordered was at least not very expensive.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY TRICK YOU INTO PURCHASE THEN THEY SEND YOU SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOU ORDERED AND, AS THE COMPLETION OF THEIR FRAUDULENT SCAM, THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURN AND ISSUE REFUND!!!!
