I signed up for wireless service with MCI WorldCom Wireless over a year ago for a one year contract. The phone has never worked and calls to Customer Service always encounter a busy signal no matter when called. I paid the monthly bills for over 14 months to preserve my credit. Then I wrote to the company explaining the contract had expired and wrote 'Cacel' on the face of the last two checks mailed to them. I still receive monthly bills (but now ignore them) and am unable to contact anyone by telephone. My next step will be to report this matter to the Attorney General for follow-up; I am done with MCI WorldCom Wireless forever - and if you read this you should be also!
