I need an attorney to fight this Class Action scam. I have Certified Mail receipts which show that on 10/23/2008 the WorldWideRebates.com received ALL my documentations necessary for receiving the rebate check. Yet, if I write to WorldWideRebates.com, they either: a) ask for "rebate tracking number" which they never provided to me; or b) they simply reply back to me with my original email as this example shows:

After careful review. I saw your name and address at the end of the email. Our records show your tracking number 7143856275720120 was approved 10/30/2008. Subsequently check number 416782 was mailed 11/26/2008. This check was deposited to US Bank ATM in Portland , OR on 12/5/2008. Please understand we are always willing to assist you. It would have been easier to do so without all the abuse and profanity
