I contracted world wise to make a web site in 3 months ,at a price of $199.00 a month for three years.It took them 1 year to almost finish the site.

i contacted them over 35 times asking why it was taking so long ,there answer was,we are a little behind ,we should be finished soon.After one year I contacted the other partner ,Mike Newcome via email because he would never talk to me on the phone,and all he would say is as far as Im concened we are on time and you owe me money.I told him that he must have his head up his a** because he didnt know what was going on.

One day later he informs me that I signed off on the web site(that means I have oked everything on the site and its done)and they dont want to deal with me ,so if I dont pay for the site in full they will not give me the site.
