Worx Their TV ad makes claims that are false. The battery does not last long enough to cut 2 football fields. Internet

I recently purchased a Worx GT trimmer. The ad on TV claims the battery will last long enough to cut 2 football fields. After I got the trimmer, I read all instructions and charged the battery as instructed.  The trimmer worked fine but cut out after a half an hour.  I had to let the battery charge over night before it would hold a charge again.  I have a lot of trimming to do and don't have time to keep stopping and waiting like that. That is why I purchased the Worx GT because of their claim about the battery. They have not answered any of my emails or returned my phone calls to their customer service department.
